(1) This Act may be called the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela Authority Act, 2025. (2) It extends to the areas of the Nashik and Trimbakeshwar talukas and such other area or areas in Nashik Division, as the State Government may, by notification in Official Gazette, specify where activities relating to Kumbh Mela and allied activities are organized. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th June 2025.
