All buildings used for primary education and the sites thereof to vest in the Corporation.— On and from the commencement of the City of Bombay Police Charges Act, 1907 (Bom. III of 1907), all the buildings used for primary education and the sites thereof within the city thereto for vesting in 13[Government] shall vest in the Corporation free from all liabilities and charges affecting the same and 14[created by the 15[Government]].
