Appointment of Municipal Chief Auditor.— (1) 10[On and from the 10th March 2011 being the date of commencement of section 2 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2011 (Mah. XII of 2011).] (2) The municipal chief auditor shall not be eligible for further office under the corporation after he has ceased to hold his office.
