Asking for statement from 7[Commissioner].— (1) Any Councillor may ask for statement to be made by the 8[Commissioner] on an urgent matter relating to the administration of the Corporation by giving a notice to 9[the Commissioner] at least one hour before the commencement of the sitting on any day. (2) The Mayor 10[* *] may either make a brief statement on the same day or fix a date for the same. (3) Not more than two such matters shall be raised at the same sitting and in the event of more than two matters being raised, priority shall be given to the matters which are, in the opinion of the 11[Mayor] more urgent and important. (4) There shall be no debate on such statement at the time it is made.]
