Appointment of sub-committees by Education Committee.— The Education Committee may, from time to time appoint, out of their own body, sub-committees, consisting of such number of persons as the Education Committee may think fit, and may refer to such sub-committees for inquiry and report or for opinion in any matter with which the Education Committee is empowered by or under this Act to deal.
