Appointment of members of Education Committee to replace those who retire.— (1) The Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of section 50H, at their ordinary meeting in the month of March, appoint fresh members of the Education Committee to fill the offices of those who retire from time to time as aforesaid. 1888 : III] The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 97 (2) Any retiring member of the Education Committee shall be eligible for 1[re-appointment].
