Boards for exhibiting by-laws to be open to inspection and not to be injured.— (1) No Municipal Officer or servant shall at any reasonable time prevent the inspection of any board provided by the Commissioner, under the last preceding section by any person desiring to inspect the same. (2) No person, shall without lawful authority, destroy, pull down, injure or deface any such boards. 1[469A.
