By-laws confirmed by Central or 5[State] Government to be published in the 6[Official Gazette].— When any by-law has been confirmed 7[by the Central or the 8[State] Government, as the case may be], it shall be published in the 9[Official Gazette] and thereupon shall have the force of law.
