Appointment of members of Standing Committee to replace those who retire.— (1) The Corporation shall at their ordinary meeting in the month of March appoint fresh members of the Standing Committee to fill the offices of those previously appointed by them who retire from time to time as aforesaid. (2) Any councillor who ceases to be a member of the Standing Committee shall be re-eligible.
