Members of the Standing Committee when to be appointed.— (1) The Corporation shall at their first meeting in the month of April, after general elections, appoint twenty six persons out of their own body to be members of the Standing Committee. (2) The Chairman of the Education Committee shall also be a member of the Standing Committee.
