The proceeds, if any, shall belong to the corporation. (3) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to apply to cured or preserved meat.] 7[412A. Licence required for dealing in milk, etc.— No person shall without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Commissioner in this behalf,— (a) carry on within 8[Brihan Mumbai], the trade or business of a dealer in or importer or seller or hawker of milk, 9[butter 10[ghee] or other milk products]; (b) use any place in 11[Brihan Mumbai] for the sale of milk, 12[butter 13[ghee] or other milk products].
