Regulations and table of stallage, rents to be posted up in markets and slaughter- houses.— (1) A printed copy of the regulations and of the table of stallages, rents and fees, if any in force in any market or slaughter-house under the 3[sections 406, 407 and 407A], in the English, Marathi, Gujarati, 4[Hindi] and Urdu languages, shall be affixed in some conspicuous spot in the market-building, market-place or slaughter-house. (2) No person shall, without authority, destroy, pull down, injure or deface any copy of any regulation or table so affixed.
