Appointment of sub-committees by the Improvements Committee.— The Improvements Committee may, from time to time, appoint out of their own body sub-committees consisting of such number of persons as the Improvements Committee may think fit and may refer to such sub-committees for inquiry and report or for opinion any matter with which the Improvements Committee is competent to deal under the provisions of this Act.
