Corporation to consider the improvement scheme and to approve or disapprove.— The Corporation shall on receipt of a scheme from the 3[the Improvements Committee] such modification as they think fit, submit the scheme together with any 4[objection, representation] or suggestion received, or made under section 354G or 354J and shall, after having approved the scheme with or without modification or declined to approve the scheme, pass a resolution to that effect.
