Right of Corporation to drains, etc., constructed, etc. at charge of municipal fund on premises not belonging to the corporation.— All drains, ventilation-shafts and pipes and all appliances and fittings connected with drainage works constructed, erected or set up at the charge of the municipal fund upon premises not belonging to the corporation, whether before or after the passing of this Act, and 3[otherwise than for the sole use and benefit of the said premises], shall unless the corporation has otherwise determined or shall at any time otherwise determine, vest, and be deemed to have always vested, in the corporation.
