The Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947 (Bom. LVII of 1947),- ( a ) shall not apply to any premises belonging to, or vesting in, the committee under or for the purpose of this Act ; (b) shall not apply as against the committee to any tenancy, licence or other like relationship created by the committee in respect of any such premises ; ( c ) but shall apply to any premises let or given on licence, to the committee.
