( 1 ) This Act may be called 1 [The Maharashtra Molasses (Control) Act]. 2 [( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the 3 [State of Maharashtra].] ( 3 ) It shall come into force on such date 4 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette , appoint in this behalf.
