( 1 ) No regulation made by the Road under this Act shall have effect until the same has been published by the Board in the Official Gazette . ( 2 ) Any regulation made under this Act may provide that a breach thereof shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees and where the breach is a continuing one, with further fine which may extend to fifty rupees for every day during which such breach continues.
