( 1 ) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the term of other than ex-officio member of every authority constituted under this Act shall be five years from the date on which he enters the office. ( 2 ) The process of nomination shall be commenced at least six months before expiry of the term of members other than ex-officio members of the authority.
