I : 1977 An Act to provide for payment of pension to persons who have served as members of any State Legislature in Maharashtra. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for payment of pension to persons who have served as members of any State Legislature in Maharashtra and for other matters connected therewith ; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :—
