Amended by Mah. 32 of 2010 (1-4-2010) 1 Mah. 48 of 1981 except sections 5, 7 and 9 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1981. Sections 5, 7 and 9 shall come into force on the 18th September 1981 i.e. the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette. 2 Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 were deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1981 and sections 3 and 9 of this Act have come into force on the 29th day of December 1981. 3 Mah. 2 of 1986, except sections 1, 2 and 5, came into force on the 1st day of August 1985. Sections 1, 2 and 5 came into force on the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette, i.e. on the 28th January 1986. 4 Sections 2, 4 and 5 of this Act came into force on the 1st day of June 1990 and section 3 came into force on the 20th day of May 1987.
