Short title and commencement.— 6[(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Legislative Council (Chairman and Deputy Chairman) and Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (Speaker and Deputy Speaker) Salaries and Allowances Act.] (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st November 1956.
