The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed to the extent specified in column 4 thereof : Provided that the repeal of the said enactment and the provision declaring any incident of the khoti tenure to have been extinguished shall not in any way affect any legal proceeding pending at the date of the commencement of this Act and such legal proceeding shall be continued and finally disposed of as if this Act had not been passed.
