The following shall be the other officers of the university, namely :- ( 1 ) the Kulaguru (the Vice-Chancellor); ( 2 ) the Sama-Kulaguru (the Pro-Vice-Chancellor); ( 3 ) the Adhishthata (Dean of Faculty); ( 4 ) the Kulasachiva (the Registrar); ( 5 ) the Pariksha-Niyantraka (the Controller of Examination); ( 6 ) the Sanchalaka, Niyojana Vikas Mandala (the Director, Board of Planning and Development); ( 7 ) the Granthapala (the Librarian of the University Library); ( 8 ) the Vitta-Lekha Adhikari (the Finance and Accounts officer); ( 9 ) the Sanchalaka, Vistara Seva Mandala (the Director, Board of Extension Services); ( 10 ) the Sanchalaka, Chhatra-Kalyan (the Director of Students’ Welfare); ( 11 ) such other officers in the service of the university as may be prescribed by Statutes.
