Authentication of orders etc. of 1 [the Authority].- All proceedings of 2 [the Authority] shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman or of any Member authorised by the Chairman and all other orders and instruments of 3 [the Authority] shall be authenticated by the signature of the Member-Secretary or of any other officer of 4 [the Authority] as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
