(1) Such rates shall be liviable for canal water supplied for purposes of irrigation, or for any other purpose under this Chapter as shall from time to time be determined by the Appropriate Authority : Provided that the water rates levied by the Company or the Zilla Parishad shall be determined with the previous approval of the State Government.
