When any Irrigation Record-of-Rights has been revised under this Part, it shall be published in the language of the residents of the area at the office of the Tahsildar of the taluka in which the work is situated and in every town and village which, in the opinion of the Collector, is affected by such Irrigation Record-of-Rights.
