The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- ( 1 ) the Vice-Chancellor ; ( 2 ) the Registrar ; ( 3 ) the Dean of Schools ; ( 4 ) the Finance and Accounts Officer ; ( 5 ) the Director of Board of Examinations and Evaluation ; ( 6 ) the Director of Knowledge and Resource Centre; and ( 7 ) such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
