( 1 ) The Authority or Government Authority or Government Agency or Local Authority shall ensure transparency in their functioning under the Act. ( 2 ) Any Person while submitting the proposal to the Authority under sub-section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Act shall enter into integrity pact with the Authority. ( 3 ) The details of the integrity pact shall be such as may be prescribed.
