( 1 ) The Competent Authority shall, on receipt of an application made under sub-section ( 1 ) of section 3 through the Single Window System, take necessary action as per the provisions of the relevant law. ( 2 ) The Competent Authority may obtain additional information from the applicant, if required, for disposal of such application within specified time limit. ( 3 ) The Competent Authority shall take decision on such application within the specified time limit. If such application is rejected, the Competent Authority shall specify the reasons for such rejection.
