No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairman or other members of the Supervisory Committee or Empowered Committee or any employee of the Government acting under the direction of such committee in respect of anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act or any rules made thereunder.
