The Supervisory Committee shall have the following powers, namely :- ( a ) to examine the proposals referred by the Empowered Committee and take a decision thereon; (b) to invite any officer or expert, as it deems necessary, to participate in the meetings of the Supervisory Committee; ( c ) such other powers as may be prescribed.
