( 1 ) The Corporation shall maintain books of account and other books in po1ati0n to its business and transactions in such form, and in such manner, as may be prescribed. 1 [( 2 ) The accounts of the Corporation shall be audited by the auditor appointed in accordance with the provisions of sub-section ( 3 ) of section 19 of the Comptroller and Auditor-Generals (Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service) Act, 1971 (LVI of 1979) or by any other auditor appointed by the State Government.] ( 3 ) As soon as the accounts of the Corporation are audited, the Corporation shall send a copy thereof together with the copy of the report of the auditor thereon to the State Government. ( 4 ) The State Government shall cause the accounts of the Corporation together with the audit report thereon forwarded to it under sub-section ( 3 ) to be laid annually before each House of the State Legislature.
