1 [16. Savings.- The provisions of this Act shall cease to be applicable :- ( a ) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause ( i ) of clause (b) of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 2, when the commutation sum has ceased to be payable; (b) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause ( iii ) of clause (b) of subsection ( 1 ) of section 2, when the compensation has ceased to be payable; ( c ) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause ( v ) of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 2, when such grant has ceased to continue; ( d ) to an Atiyat grant specified in sub-clause ( vi ) of clause (b) of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 2, when the compensation has ceased to be payable.]
