( 1 ) This Act may be called the 1 [Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act, 1952.] ( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the 2 [Hyderabad area of the State of Maharashtra]. ( 3 ) It shall come into force, on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Jarida, appoint in this behalf.
