The State Government or the 1 [Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai] (hereinafter referred to as 2 ["the Mumbai Corporation"] may assign or entrust to the Board on behalf of the Authority any property, whether moveable or immoveable, for use by the Board for the purposes of this Chapter, on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the Authority. It shall be the duty of the Board to use such property for the purpose for which it is assigned or entrusted.
