All members, officers and servants of the State Government, or the Corporation, Members, as the case may be, shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the offie15t XLV provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants. o f servants within the meaning of section 2 1 of the Indian Penal Code.
