The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the State Government, make Power to regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out the make regulatios by purposes of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of this power, such Corporation. regulations may provide for- (a) under section 7, the time and place of meetings of the Corporation and the procedure to be followed in regard to the transaction of business at such meetings; (b) under section 20, the officers of the Corporation who may operate its accounts; (c) under section 56, the manner in which Government lands transferred to the Corporation shall be dealt with by the Corporation afler development; (cl) the additional terms and conditions subject to which lands of plots and estates may be held or used; (e) any other matter which has to be, or may be, provided by regulations.
