1 [( 1 ) Any person aggrieved by the award of the Highway Authority, or the Officer authorised under section 28, shall by a written application to the Highway Authority, or such officer, require that the matter be referred, to arbitrator appointed under sub-section ( 8 ) of section 19B.] ( 2 ) Any such application shall be made within six weeks from the date of the award, and shall be in such form as may be prescribed. ( 3 ) 2 [ * * * * * * * *] ( 4 ) The Highway Authority or the Officer authorised shall make the reference in such manner as may be prescribed.
