( 1 ) The Highway Authority shall publish notice of the completion of the Scheme in the prescribed manner within prescribed period. ( 2 ) The Highway Authority shall also publish the details of the allotment of developed non-agricultural plot or land to the land owners or persons interested, in the prescribed manner.
