( 1 ) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette , delegate any power exercisable by it under this Act, or rules made thereunder to any officer of the State Government in such case and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in such notification. ( 2 ) The Planning Authority may, by an order in writing, delegate any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, to any officer of the Planning Authority in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
