( 1 ) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Gunthewari Developments (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001. ( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. ( 3 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30 th April 2001.
