( 1 ) There shall be a fund of the Goseva Ayog to be called "the Goseva Ayog Fund", to which shall be credited all moneys received by the Ayog , including grants made by the Government, fees received, donations, gifts and bequests made to it by any person or institution. ( 2 ) All funds of the Goseva Ayog shall be kept in a Nationalized Bank and shall be operated by the person as may be authorized by the Ayog in this behalf, in writing.
