No act or proceeding of the Authority or Executive Committee shall be invalid by reason only of a vacancy therein, or any defect in the appointment of any person acting as the Chairperson or Co-Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson or Member, if such act or proceeding is otherwise in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
