(1) The Authority shall meet not less than thrice in every year, and a period of not more than four months shall intervene between two successive meetings and shall observe such rules of procedure in its meetings as it may determine. (2) The meeting of the Authority shall be conducted at Nagpur or at such other place as the Chairperson may decide. (3) The quorum of the meeting shall be minimum nine members including Chairperson.
