IV of 2025. महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्र असााधाारण भााग आठ, जुलै १८, २०२५/आषााढ २७, शकेे १९४७ 3 (2) Words and expressions used in this Act but not defined herein shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Mines and Minerals Act and the rules made thereunder by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.
