1 [48A. Power to amend Schedule-I .- ( 1 ) Where the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient to do so, for the purposes of implementation of any Part of the National Building Code of India relating to protection of life and property, it may, by notification in the Official Gazette , amend Schedule-I and thereupon, the said Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
