No Court shall entertain any suit, application or other proceeding in respect of any notice under section 6 or any action taken under section 8 or order of refusal to permit removal of seal passed under sub-section ( 4 ) of section 8 of this Act or notice of assessment under sub-section ( 2 ) or ( 4 ) of section 14; and no such notice or action or order shall be called in question otherwise than by preferring an appeal as provided by this Act.
