( 1 ) The provisions of sub-section ( 6 ) of section 6, section 8 and sub-sections ( 2 ) to ( 7 ) of section 10 shall, mutatis mutandis , apply to the Revision Committee. ( 2 ) The decision of the Revision Committee shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the parties for two academic years. At the end of the said period, the private school may be at liberty to propose changes in its fee structure by following the procedure as laid down in section 6.
