The following shall be the officers of the University, namely :- ( a ) the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; ( c ) the Directors; ( d ) the Deans of Faculties; ( e ) the Dean of Research and Development; ( f ) the Registrar; ( g ) the Finance Officer; ( h ) the Joint Director; ( i ) the Deputy Director; and ( j ) such other officers in the service of the University as may be declared by Statutes to be officers of the University.
